STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Capture a window using PipeWire, for example using OBS Studio or through WebRTC screen sharing
2. Resize the window

OBSERVED RESULT
The window capture freezes and does not update.

EXPECTED RESULT
The window capture goes on.
