STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Reboot TV to have clean state
2. MTP tranfer type must selected in phone. Connect Samsung Galaxy Ultra 23 to USB.
3. Open KDE plasma Disks&Devices widget
4. Expand Samsung_Android item
5. Select Browse Files with File Manager
6a. In smartphone screen should appear query to allow access to phone data
6b. Dolphin window should appear with information in tab "No storage media found. Make sure your device is unlocked and has MTP enabled in its USB connection settings."
7. Nothing can be done to explore files of the phone with Dolphin file manager. Also after allowing access to files from phone by selecting allow.
Any reopening from Disk&devices (see step 5) does not help.
8. To have access the opened Dolphin window needs to be closed!!
9. Repeat steps from 3-5 and file exploring is possible

OBSERVED RESULT
Unable to file explore phone files in first open of dolphin window. Also after granting in phone to explore files.
After granting access from phone and closing the dolphin window and browsing once again I am able to explore files.

EXPECTED RESULT

In my opinion after when there is granted access right away dolphin should refresh window contents and allow to explore files without need to reopen it.
