SUMMARY
KDE animation and extreme low fps after wake up from sleep. After wake up from sleep the fps extremely laggy and the animation stuttering.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
After computer wake up from sleep.
Everthing went back to normal after reboot or log out.
And sleeping again make the animation and fps drop again.

After trying installing with Manjaro KDE, the KDE FRAM WORK 5.113.0 seems works fine but with 5.114.0 from Arch seems to trigger the fps drop again.
