STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. plot a x or y larger than 1000
2.  in the plot, a digit separator will show up, like 1,500. I can not find any place or setting to remove the separator

The separator can be disabled in the Settings -> Configure LabPlot by checking "Omit group separator" in the General tab under Number options.
