Erroneous separator present.

SUMMARY
When the KCM window is resized to a size whereby it does not display all of its content, it gains a redundant 1 pixel offset duplicate heading demarcator in addition to the expected scroll bar, etcetera.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. `kcmshell5 kcm_fonts`.
2. Resize as aforedescribed.

OBSERVED RESULT

EXPECTED RESULT
It shouldn't.

This is fixed in Plasma 6 for all QML System Settings pages.
