STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open 'start menu'
2. Type for instance 'software', and numerous suggested software is suggested, like "Get Kylin Software Center...", "Get GNOME Software..." when typing 'software' in this case
3. Click on whichever of these "Get" items

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens.

EXPECTED RESULT
I expect something to happen, for KDE Neon to download and install the programme that it suggests.

The description here is not something for the khelpcenter program, please file it against the correct one or use some other venues for support https://kde.org/support/
