STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Extract zip file encoded with Shift JIS.

OBSERVED RESULT
The extracted file names suffer from "mojibake".

EXPECTED RESULT
The extracted file names are supposed to be in Japanese.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I was able to able to extract properly using "unzip -O shift-jis file.zip" or "unar file.zip".
