SUMMARY
"Jump to timeline start if playback is started on last frame in timeline" does not work after inserting effect


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Toggle "Jump to timeline start if playback is started on last frame in timeline" 
2. Add any effect to a video on the timeline(e.g. denoiser)
3. Press space and try to playback at the last frame

OBSERVED RESULT
Pressing space does nothing


EXPECTED RESULT
Jump to timeline start if playback is started on last frame in timeline
