better placement of the color palette

SUMMARY

What is the reason for ever removing this option? I read here that it was removed in version 20.12.2:
https://www.mail-archive.com/kde-bugs-dist@kde.org/msg567080.html

I guess because people accidentally lost the color palette but that is no excuse imo, because this toolbar/window takes up A LOT of screen estate, especially for people with smaller screens.

BEST SOLUTION (see picture)

The best solution would be to just implement it into the vertical toolbar on the left under the "Toolbox" because there is unused space anyway. I know this requires to make the color palette vertical to fit under the Toolbox section, but that would be far more space-efficient and have better overall look of it. (Right now, the color palette is always wasting space on the right-side, and is also just big in size on its own.)

Agreed, 100%. The colour palette is TOO LARGE, takes up too much space, should be single line instead of on 2 lines, should have ability to move it to the left side toolbox area, and should have the ability to hide it so the user has more space to work with (because it's TOO LARGE).
