When browsing documentation, it is very inconvenient to actually extract the anchor to the specified section of documentation, even when you know it is there.

The every other documentation representation system do allow you to get such an anchor.

For example, visit this page: https://mesonbuild.com
You see, when you hover over the section title, the "chain" icon is shown to the right of it, so you can actually copy and share that link.

We should do similar thing when representing documentation generated from the docbook files.
