STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Shortcuts KCM
2. click on "+ Add new" button
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
the window used to add a new app opens

The button is supposed to open a menu. Same thing in e.g. the Autostart KCM.

I can reproduce with Qt 6.7, but not 6.6.

I can reproduce in systemsettings, but not kcmshell
