STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. add 3 panels on the bottom with various lengths
2. make one panel left bottom aligned, make one panel center bottom aligned and make the last panel right bottom aligned
3.

OBSERVED RESULT
either one or 2 panels will be shifted upward of the height of one of the panels, despite none of the panels overlapping each other.. This happens with both floating and non floating options

EXPECTED RESULT
All 3 panels should be aligned at the bottom because they are not overlapping. Or include an option to manually move the panels up and down like in plasma 5
