Bug 479615

Hello. My request is to be able to import an audio-clip, and to align it exactly with the existing audio.

To do this, I need the permission to align the start point to a precision of ~ 1ms, rather than being constrained to video frames. Also, I really want to be able to zoom in more on the audio waveforms to see what I'm doing.

It may help to explain what I'm trying to do:

1. just organised, and filmed, a musical fireworks display. I'm trying to create a final edit of the result.

1. I have an original video file from the camera, where the audio track that is on the camera contains a (slightly distorted) feed of the music (A) + all the bangs and crackles and audience reaction (B). But the camera's AGC has done terrible things to the background music.

2. I also have the original MP3 files (C) of the music that was played at the time.

So, I want to overlay (2) and (1),  and adjust the relative volumes, with a view to hearing (B) + (C) and not too much of (A). 

The challenge is that I need to import the music track, and be able to very precisely align it - and kdenlive enforces a granularity of 41ms.
