STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start the programme
2. Take a screenshot
3. Press "Alt" key

OBSERVED RESULT
No letters in the menu items or buttons are underlines

EXPECTED RESULT
Pressing "Alt" would indicate which keyboard combinations would trigger functions such as "Save as..."

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This function had been available in previous versions. Thus, it's a removal of something that worked before.

Works for me in the latest git master; assuming it's been fixed in the upcoming 24.02 release. Thanks for reporting!
