SUMMARY
GNOME got it just recently. And Windows has had it since like Windows XP days.

On X11 we had xrdp but moving towards Wayland currently there's no other solution on KDE Plasma for graphical remote login.

There is KRDP few months ago: https://planet.kde.org/arjen-hiemstra-2023-08-08-remote-desktop-using-the-rdp-protocol-for-plasma-wayland/ but it runs under user session (instead of as a system service) and, at its current state, clearly doesn't support remote login the way GNOME (upcoming) and Windows does.
