SUMMARY
***
When changing the layer's color on a saved document, the document is not marked as needing to be saved.
***

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a new document.
2. Change the top layer's color to Red by right clicking the layer and choosing the red swatch. The title bar does not indicate that the document needs saving by showing an asterisk next to the filename.
3. Paint anything on the layer. The title bar changes to show the modified document asterisk.
