STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use a VPN that uses tun0 as the network interface.
2. In Ktorrent bind the network interface to tun0 
3. close the VPN program



OBSERVED RESULT
It's possible to download/upload if the tun0 network interface no longer exists. 
over the normal network, and the real IP is leaked.

EXPECTED RESULT
No connection to the network
