SUMMARY
I'm honestly conflicted on whether or not to report this, but hopefully this is actually helpful and won't waste anyone's time.
Whenever I click on any link on Discord (possibly other Electron-based apps, but I have none installed to check, I'm willing to if it will help), Firefox opens the link but won't take focus. This seems to be a regression in Plasma, since it didn't happen to me on 5, and Discord hasn't had an update in the meantime. Plasma 6 on X11 session works as expected.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click any link on Discord (or possibly other Electron apps?)

OBSERVED RESULT
Firefox opens the link in the background.

EXPECTED RESULT
Firefox should take focus and put itself on the foreground.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Linux 6.6.9, Plasma 5.91.0-2 (Arch repository)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.91.0-2
KDE Frameworks Version: unknown
Qt Version: 6.7.0beta1-2 (Arch linux repo)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
X11 session works as expected.

This is caused by either Firefox or discord not handling wayland activation correctly.
