SUMMARY
***
I have a list of file names that I want to search for. It seems that the search or advanced search does not allow for "OR" to be used (e.g., to search for "IMG_1192.jpg OR IMG_1194.jpg OR IMG_1237.jpg").

I see that others have the same wish (e.g., https://github.com/immich-app/immich/discussions/3657).

You can create multiple search groups and link them with AND or OR. In the advanced search window, expand the header with the Options link...

Your link, (https://github.com/immich-app/immich/discussions/3657) describes exactly the opposite. A user writes there that the desired search options are possible with digiKam and he wants this for the “immich” program.
