Can reproduce.  When trying to submit review by clicking "Write a Review" button on the main Discover window for the application there is no message, but nothing is submitted.  When clicking "Show all Reviews" and then the "Write a Review" button in the reviews pop up, then the error message appears.

Can not reproduce right now. Must have been a server issue at a time. Nothing has really changed on the client side during this time frame, so I doubt there's anything to fix in Discover.

It comes and goes. It's possible it's a server issue, or it's possible there's something we're doing wrong on our side to provoke it, or that we could do something to work around the server issue such as trying again in a moment.
