plasma crash file, please let me know I this is not what i should be submitting

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch discover in fedora rawhide (the kionite variant)
2. Attempt to resize the application

OBSERVED RESULT
Initially I tried to resize it since it looked like the bottom was cut off (wasn't sure if that was a design change or if the bottom was actually cut off). 

However, the application became really small, teleported to the top of the screen with the top cut off, and went into a mobile like interface. I got a little bigger, but anytime I try to make big enough to change from the mobile interface to the desktop one, it crashes. Both of these seems to the same issue, so I'm including them in the same ticket. I can also include a screen recording of my steps (or something else) if that will help.

I'm attaching a .kcrash file since it seems to be a stacktrace of some sort. I apologize if that's not it, if so, please let me know what I need to submit.
