SUMMARY

Konsole's 2 plugin windows (SSH Manager and Quick Commands) would always show on startup


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Konsole
2. Disable plugins via Menu -> Plugins -> Show xxx
3. Open another konsole window

OBSERVED RESULT
those 2 plugin windows show again

EXPECTED RESULT
no plugin windows are shown

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Environment variable QML_DISABLE_DISK_CACHE=1 is set to workaround systemsettings issue.
