SUMMARY

Dolphin always show all panels (Places, Information, Folders, Terminal) when new windows are opened.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin
2. Close some panels via Menu -> Show Panels -> ...
3. Open another dolphin window 

OBSERVED RESULT
All 4 panels are shown again

EXPECTED RESULT
Previous closed panel won't show again

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Environment variable QML_DISABLE_DISK_CACHE=1 is set to workaround systemsettings issue.
