STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Dolphin
2. navigate to a directory with more than one file
3. press Alt + F3 to open a Window Operations menu
4. expand the "More Actions" entry
5. select the "Move" entry from the expanded menu
6. press the Enter key
7. press one of the arrows (up/down/left/right) on your keyboard

OBSERVED RESULT
The selection inside Dolphin changes (see the attached video).

EXPECTED RESULT
The selection inside Dolphin shouldn't change.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: Fedora Linux 39
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.9
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.111.0
Qt Version: 5.15.11
Graphics Platform: X11

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1. Unwanted actions happen with other applications (e. g. in Konsole cycles through the history of the last commands) as well.
2. The use case makes more sense, if you assign Alt+F7 to the move window operation (like it's in e.g. MATE Desktop by default) and try to operate Dolphin totally from keyboard.
