The start page and the update page go below the title bar which makes the header (or first entry) unviewable.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open discover on the start page
2. Try to scroll up and read the header of he first section

OBSERVED RESULT
Only a glimpse of the first sections header becomes visible and the scroll bar handle goes under the title bar

EXPECTED RESULT
The section header gets fully visible and the scroll bar handle only reaches the title bar
