Krita fails to build with sip 6.8. Example downstream report: https://bugs.gentoo.org/919139

Arch has a patch which I can confirm that it works on my machine: https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/packaging/packages/krita/-/blob/ba9b9592531af6f7f4598d6fd07fbad0227317c9/sip-6.8.patch
