SUMMARY
Although OpenDesktop is presented as an online account that may be added from system settings, nothing happens when clicking on it.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch System Settings
2. Navigate to Personalization > Online Accounts > Click Add New Account button
3. Click OpenDesktop

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens

Popup window to authenticate with OpenDesktop

It looks like you are using an older version of Plasma (5.24.7). The bug you mentioned is most likely fixed in the latest version of Plasma (5.27.10). I recommend either upgrading to Kubuntu 23.10 or using the backports PPA to resolve this issue.
