STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install fedora rawhide
2. Run for example QT_WAYLAND_DISABLE_WINDOWDECORATION=1 kate

OBSERVED RESULT

Window decoration still visible

EXPECTED RESULT

Hide window decoration

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

It's important for plasma-mobile because, all applications display the title bar but it's useless.

This environment variable does not do what you want it to do. It doesn't affect KWin's server-side decoration in any way

Do you have any idea where the bug might be coming from? Because in plasma-mobile 5, window decoration was never enabled for any apps but not it not working

but now it not working with plasma-mobile 6 *
