Enhancement: When copy files, option to copy them only if size is smaller but same name. 

Sometimes computer may hung for different reasons. 
I dont know why, but dolphins appear to make temporary files before write the file properly in position.
However, in practice, i had many files that were half-copied in size and not as whole. 
Also, when you have torrent files, they tend to get bigger if you have not preallocated the space to them. 
So,i think this enhancement -quite easy i think to be implemented- will make copy safer.
