What you can do: - Split Window Left/Right (now Find File is in the left view) - Link the two views by clicking in the small box in the lower right of one of the views - Select the left view (i.e. the one containing Find File) and from the "View" menu choose "Lock to Current Location" Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be an easier way to achieve this. I've tried to define a profile for this purpose or use the "File Preview", but without success. Michael Well... upon rereading it dawned on me that you (Vincent) are trying to do something different. Must have been contaminated by what I have in mind myself. Sorry for the interruption. Michael *** Bug 78839 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** *** Bug 131168 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Cannot reproduce anymore on KDE 4 because kfind is no more embedded on konqueror. |
