STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. press the super key or click the icon on the panel
2.  thats it
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
it doesnt open but it thinks it is

EXPECTED RESULT
that it should open

Can you tell us more information about this problem? What exact distro are you using? When it happens? Does it happen every time? Did you install  anything? Are you using Waylad or X11? And a video of this bug would be appreciated.

Nope a clean arch Linux install on the beta of KDE
