STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install google-earth-pro .deb from Google's website via Discover
2. start Google Earth Pro in a Wayland session
3. Observe blank screen

OBSERVED RESULT
No window is visible, bit panels act as if a window is there- dodging if set to dodge, going from floating to normal if set to float.  Google Earth Pro turns up in Task Switcher, but window won't be visible when switched to it.

EXPECTED RESULT
Google Earth Pro shows up as normal

Seems like the same thing that's being reported to happen to VLC in Bug 478387.
