*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 477853 *** The current version was created with Qt6 and the Microsoft compiler. For some users this version is very slow. We as developers cannot currently reproduce it on our Windows 10 machines. A stable version created like the previous ones can be found here: https://download.kde.org/stable/digikam/8.2.0/digiKam-8.2.0-Qt5-Win64.exe Maik Hi Maik, Thank you very much, this version seems to work correctly. However, I got some warnings at installation from Microsoft Smart Defender ("unknown distributor") and antivirus software Avast ("FileRepMalware"). I had to temporarily deactivate the security software - I trust that it is okay...
