STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a new project
2. Add a video clip and drag it to the timeline
3. Press Ctrl+Enter or in the menu click Project > Render...

OBSERVED RESULT

Kden live closes immediately

EXPECTED RESULT

It should show some options to render the project to mp4 or some other format (I assume).

Operating System: Manjaro Linux 
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.10
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.112.0
Qt Version: 5.15.11
Kernel Version: 6.1.60-1-MANJARO (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Tried using the flatpak version and native both running on the wayland session but I remember this occuring even on X11.

Please start Kdenlive from the terminal and then post the output after it crashed.

I am running 23.08.3 on Pop!_OS 22.04 and don't have that issue, so more information is needed ...

It works correctly when I run it through the terminal. Only happens if I double-click a .kdenlive project to launch the program that way.
