STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Systemsettings -> Notifications -> (Application-specific settings) Configure..., then select Plasma Workspace
2. Scroll down in the Configure Events area

OBSERVED RESULT
Items go beyond "Configure Events"

EXPECTED RESULT
Items remain under "Configure Events"
