SUMMARY
Skrooge KDE Neon package has missing dependencies, cannot be installed. Details are in the steps to reproduce below.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Type in a termina: sudo pkcon install skrooge
2. provide your superuser credentials
3. you'll get the following error:  Fatal error: The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  skrooge: Depends: libqt5script5 (>= 5.15.11+p22.04+vrelease+git20231128.0855) but 5.15.10+p22.04+vrelease+git20231007.0452-0 is to be installed

OBSERVED RESULT
Because of a missing dependency, Skrooge Neon package is not installable.

EXPECTED RESULT
Skrooge should've been provided with all necessary dependencies - in this case  libqt5script5 (>= 5.15.11+p22.04+vrelease+git20231128.0855) - so that it could be installed from KDE Neon User repositories
