SUMMERY
The lock screen wallpaper selector under Screen Locking > configure appearance is missing

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open systemsettings
2. Select Screen Locking
3. Click configure appearance

OBSERVED RESULT

The wallpaper select is missing

EXPECTED RESULT

The wallpaper selector should appear under the wallpaper type.
