On the left side of the working area in digiKam there are entries for album, keywords, tags, date, search etc.
The advanced search gives options to search manually these metadata, for example an author or aspect ratio, but there is no way to get an overview about:
- all authors / camera models / aspect ratio etc. in your database
to conviniently select all works from one author or camera for example.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open digikam / check left side album or selection entries
2.
3.

OBSERVED RESULT
I am unable to get an overview about all entries of some important metadata for easy selection and working on that set.

EXPECTED RESULT
I would like to be able to select a special metadata picture set and work on it.

Maybe there is a certain camera which had a wrong DateTime or inaccurate GPS.
Or think about checking if you have pictures from other authors in your database.
