The system monitor has a lot of rendering problems that appear in plain sight.

1. Some obscure white square in the very first tab.
2. In "History" you can see very many strange dots that create noise and were clearly not planned. Similar noise can be noticed in the rest of the program, like "processes" as well
3. If you expand the program to full screen and return to the original position - the interface elements do not adapt and even scrolling does not appear.
4. The "Tools" button appears only in the English locale, in the same Russian locale it disappears.

I showed everything more clearly on the video.

The artifacts show up on the light theme as well, it's just less noticeable. I recommend testing in Breeze Dark theme.

FWIW, the line artifacts on graphs is Bug 434462, and the button not visible issue is already fixed.
