SUMMARY
ScrollablePage instances have broken horizontal scrolling. e.g. see drkonqi-coredump-gui

add the option of horizontally scrolling pages

Needs to be manually enable to not change any of the existing behavior
by default by setting the horizontal scrollbar as needed
