STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Digital Clock settings
2. click on 'Time Zones' in the left side
3. click on '+ Add time zones...' button

OBSERVED RESULT
Narrow "Add more timezones" popup with several elided time zones opens. Please see the attached screenshot.

EXPECTED RESULT
all timezones are entirely readable

applets/digital-clock: allow timezone popup to stretch with window size

Otherwise it might be too narrow to show everything without eliding some
text.
