STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Recent Files KCM
2. select "Do not remember" or "Only for specific applications" radio button
3. apply the change

OBSERVED RESULT
the KCM is marked with a dot, but the selected radio button is not highlighted in orange

EXPECTED RESULT
Non-default radio button is highlighted in orange when selected
