STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Load attached .pdf file
2. Click on any web links included
3. Okular fails to open any of them and displays "Found cyclic link ......." error

OBSERVED RESULT
Okular does NOT open any web link include in the .pdf file

EXPECTED RESULT
ANY web link included in the should be readily opened

Okular regularly OPENS ALL web links included in the file in its 23.08.01 linux SNAP version - (Kubuntu 22.04)
