SUMMARY
Can reproduce on both Arch Linux running Plasma 6 beta and neon unstable.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. use a system with ipv6 disabled
2. open Wi-Fi & Networking KCM
3. click on IPv6 tab
4. set "Method" to "Automatic" and apply the change
5. open plasma-nm applet
6. disconnect and reconnect the network
7. click on the connected network and click on "Details" tab

OBSERVED RESULT
The ipv6 addresses are not shown in the "Details" tab. The ipv6 address appear in "Details" tab after restarting Plasma by running "plasmashell --replace" with krunner.

EXPECTED RESULT
The ipv6 addresses should appear in the "Details" tab of plasma-nm applet immediately after the provided steps.

Can reproduce on current git master.

Interestingly, going the other way works fine: disabling ipv6 and disconnecting and reconnecting the network correctly results in the ipv6 details removed. But, as stated in this bug report, re-enabling it again doesn't bring them back until Plasma is restarted.
