Hi,

We really need to know on which platform you are, as Krita is available for no less than 4 platforms, and on each of them this could have a different cause. Furthermore, which parts of the interface are flickering? The dockers? The title bar? The cursor? Can you maybe share the info in help->system information for bugreports? That one has all the opengl information, which is likely relevant.
