I've noticed this rendering error in some GTK apps but can't pin down the exact cause. I know its consistently an error in Firefox

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Plasma in Wayland
2. Open Firefox and go to any website that asks for a file upload, for example the kde bug report site
3. Tearing and broken file list making it unable to select something

OBSERVED RESULT
You can use arrow keys and the file preview to figure out what your selecting but that's the only workaround I've found

EXPECTED RESULT
Consistent file picker between all apps

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: 6.6.2-1-default
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.9
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.112.0
Qt Version: 5.15.11

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hybrid Nvidia/Intel gpu laptop. I've tested on a amdgpu, and iris intel gpu with the same result
