SUMMARY

I installed latest version on Kubuntu 23.10. Trying to launch the application does not work.
Short appearance of an icon the task bar, but then gone let alone a real window.

Other comparable apps like Skanlite work.

Computer: AMD 5700x, 32 GB RAM, SSD, NIVDIA 1060
As scanner: EPSON ET-2650

Possibly the same problem as with Bug 478933: During installation org.kde.kquickimageeditor is missing
