So, if you install Okular 5 times in different folders and then delete it, there will be 5 broken icons in the list.

If, after deleting Okular, create an empty folder "Okular\bin" in the place where the program was deleted (
example: C:\Program Files\Okular\bin), then the broken icon disappears, but if you delete the folders, then the broken icon appears again.

Are you installing via the Microsoft Store or some other method? Microsoft Store is the most supported method, everything else is "works with best effort", if you have problems with it, you're welcome to send patches to improve it.

I use nightly build Okular 23.08.3. Nightly build .exe or .7z has this problem.

You're on your own there, it's probably fixable, but nightly builds are not for "general user consumption"
