STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a PDF Form in Acrobat Reader. Safe  and re-open in Okular.
2. Enter some new figures into a calculation form sheet
3. The error is now that the fields which should summarize the new figures is NOT calculating.

OBSERVED RESULT
Wrong sum in changed form sheet

EXPECTED RESULT
In Adobe Acrobat the sum field summarize the changed figures, but in Okular not.

Can you please share some PDF form with which you encounter this issue. I am unable to reproduce this with the forms I have.
