STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin -> Settings -> Context Menu -> Get New Stuff
2. Try to install duplicate service menu
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Fails for unknown reason, reason is missing see attachment


EXPECTED RESULT
If it fails, I should at least know why, if no reason is available the statement should be shortened

Did a standalone dialog window open with the reason listed in it? That's what happened when I tried to install the "Duplicator" service menu.

I can reproduce the fact that the in-window sheet has an empty reason in it, though. Those two should be consolidated.
